Acceptance of terms

By using raviprashar.com or engaging Ravi Kumar for a security testing or consulting service, you agree to these terms.

Website use

Content on this site (text, code samples, methodology descriptions) is provided for informational purposes. You may link to this site freely; reproducing substantial content elsewhere requires attribution and, for commercial reuse, written permission.

Engagement terms

Paid engagements (penetration testing, bug bounty consulting, API security testing, AI-accelerated research) are governed by a separate, signed scope-of-work or statement of work agreed before testing begins. That document — not this page — controls scope, rules of engagement, pricing, confidentiality, and liability for any specific project.

No guarantee of results

Security testing identifies vulnerabilities present and discoverable within the agreed scope and time-box. No engagement can guarantee the discovery of every vulnerability, nor guarantee immunity from future compromise. Recommendations are provided in good faith based on professional judgment and industry standards at the time of testing.

Authorization required

All testing is performed strictly within written, authorized scope. Ravi Kumar will not test any system without documented authorization from its owner.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for any engagement is limited as set out in the applicable signed agreement for that engagement. This website's general content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Intellectual property

Open-source projects linked from this site retain the license stated in their respective GitHub repositories.

Governing law

[PLACEHOLDER — specify governing jurisdiction, e.g. "the laws of India," once confirmed with legal counsel.]
